Panasonic offers Avatar 3D BD with BD Players & HTiBs

Panasonic is expanding its exclusive Avatar 3D Blu-ray disc program to enable consumers that purchase one of its Blu-ray disc players or Home Theater in a Box (HTiBs) to receive a copy of the highly sought after movie. The movie, which ignited interest in 3D content, is not available through normal retail avenues, and prior to Panasonic's expansion of its Avatar 3D promotion, the electronics giant required consumers to purchase one of its 3D televisions to get the 3D version of the movie.
